Huge industries are making Atlanta home, like Porsche, Mercedes Benz, The Film Industry and rumors of Amazon Headquarters, and they are bringing hundreds of thousands of jobs to the area as well as putting the city on the map. Developers are matching the demand by building new residences in and around Atlanta, from townhomes t...o condos and flipping single family homes to meet the high demand for young professionals. This of course means more traffic for us, but it also means higher listing prices for homes on the market. In my opinion, we should feel elated to be apart of this boom, and we should take advantage of our growing communities by investing wisely and planning smart for our future.
